Message The camera is doing it as DAY/MONTH/YEAR for some reason.

Anyways, You are welcome to stop by sometime and learn a few things. Its pretty exciting to pull the motor and take everything apart. My AIM is shawn300zxTT, hit me up.

I just got a short block the other day as well. I am using it for my builder motor, It only had about 50k miles on it. I am sending it to my machine shop and having the block checked for cracks, pressure tested, magnafluxed etc. I then will have the cylinders bored out to the minimum boring size. I would like to keep it as close to stock as possible to keep from having any problems from running 30+ psi of boost. ( I believe the 2871-1 turbos I am looking at max out at around 34 psi) I would like to keep it around 87.5mm, the cylinder walls looked to be in very good shape. I am getting the Weisco pistons with the coating on the skirt as well as on the dome to help the piston cool down faster to combat detonation. I will also be using methanol injection and I have the wideband 02's (one for each bank) that will be comming soon and also I have Defi EGT gauges (one for each bank) to keep a close eye on the engine.

I am going to be using Clevite 77 bearings and get them F1 black coated (I can't remember the correct name) to help keep everything slippery for the bearings. ARP head studs, main studs etc.

I am pretty excited for the build... Its going to be a beast! As for the n20, I will only be running around a 100-125 direct port (its the safest/most efficient way to use n20). I have the bottle warmer and the bottle psi gauge to make sure I won't run lean through a run.

NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
